Visiting the Vitalize website
Everytime you visit the Vitalize website, we store logs of your visit that show a unique identifier of your machine. This tells us what areas of our site you have looked at, whether you were able to visit the page request or not, and which web browser and device you have used to view the site. This data is used for statistical purposes and to help customise the user’s experience and you use our website. This helps us to understand what areas of our site are of interest, which pages aren’t being visited and how many people are viewing our website. It helps us and our partners to determine which products may be of interest to you and the wider market. We may attempt to contact you through these details if necessary, including, without limitation, when you are using the wrong paths to access the site or are breaching restrictions on the use of our site. Events
If you attend an event run by Vitalize, we will gather personal information as part of the registration process. This information may be used to track event attendance, relay any details before, during or after the event, gather feedback, and for future communications with you, in accordance with this policy.
Some events may have a photographer and/or videographer present and contents that they create may be shared publicly. If you do not wish to appear on photographs or videos that may be used by Vitalize, please let us know by emailing info@vitalizeit.uk
Email Communications
We follow the following guidelines in relation to all of our communications undertaken by email.

Emails from Vitalize will clearly identify us as the sender;

Emails sent to you from our email marketing platform will include an option to unsubscribe from future email messages;

You may unsubscribe from all mailing lists, with the exception of any emails that regard legal notices, invoicing or licensing renewal.

Any third parties who send emails on our behalf is required to comply with legal requirements in regards to unsolicited email and the use of personal data.

We send emails from several different domains in plain text and HTML format. Email is usually sent from @vitalizeit.uk but may also come from our email marketing partner, MailChimp.
If you receive an email which claims to be from us, but does not use either of these domains, or you are suspicious that an email from us has not been approved by us, please send a copy to info@vitalizeit.uk for investigation.
Telephone Communications
Vitalize employees may contact existing customers and other organisations for the purpose of discussing your organisations IT solutions.
If you no longer want to receive these calls, we can include you in a do not call list. This can be requested over email, phone to the person who is contacting you or by emailing info@vitalizeit.uk
Who will you share personal data with?
Vitalize provides products and services from partners that operate around the globe. Personal data for which we are a controller may be used, processed or stored anywhere in the world, including countries outside the EEA. We will ensure that any international data transfers are compliant with data protection legislation.

This privacy policy applies to all personal data collected by Vitalize. If an email or site containing links to a third party is received, please be aware that we are not responsible for that third parties content or privacy practices. We encourage users to be aware when leaving our site, and to read the privacy policies of these other sites, they may collect their own levels of personal data.

We endeavour to hold all personal data that has been collected securely, in accordance with our internal procedures and law.
Unforunately, no data across a network can be guaranteed as 100% secure. We strive to protect your personal data with techniques including but not limited to, end-to-end encryption and encryption at rest and whilst in transit. We however cannot ensure and do not warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and this information is transmitted at your own risk.
