Woodfield Secondary SEN School

Vitalize was delighted to work with Woodfield on the DFE digital learning platform scheme. Andy Chase at Woodfield and his team have worked really hard with support from Vitalize to ensure the adoption of Google by students, teachers & parents. Finding time to kick off a 1:1 Chromebook scheme, with the students protected by Lightspeed. They have also upgraded to Google Workspace for Education Plus, offering more features to enhance teaching and learning.

Woodfield then deviced to look at the school network to ensure it was capable of supporting the additional devices and decided to upgrade. Vitalize partner Computer2cloud were asked to perform a site survey and proposed a Ubiquity network, which was affordable with no on-going software renewal costs. This was implemented, along with a new 500GB leased line to provide a solid, reliable network that could deliver excellent quality of service for the school .

Computer2cloud now provide a managed help desk for the school, supporting the servers, PCs and network.
